Description
Dustcontrol Canada is pleased to introduce our most powerful single phase(120V) dust extractor to date, the DC Tromb 400. With a complete design overhaul the DC Tromb 400c is capable of inlet flows up to 320 m³/h, making it the perfect extractor for larger handheld tools, medium sized floor grinders or general cleaning. To ensure the end user receives the highest level of filtration the DC Tromb comes with a newly designed 2.5 m²(27 ft²) fine filter and massive 2.2 m² (23.7 ft²) individually certified HEPA filter. For coarse dust separation the DC Tromb 400 has an all new efficient cyclone mounted on a robust chassis. Another improvement from our previous single phase workhorse (DC3900) is a semi-automatic filter cleaning mechanism operated by simply flipping a switch and closing the inlet valve. As with our other single phase units the DC Tromb 400c comes with a filter indication light.
The DC Tomb 400 can be ordered with a plastic bag (DC Tomb 400c), a steel container (DC Tromb 400a) or longopac (DC 3900L). Collection in a steel container is ideal for sharp materials such as metal chips.

It is particularly suitable for concrete grinding since 80–90% of the coarse materials are separated in the pre-separator. The remaining dust goes into the filter cyclone. The DC Tromb Twin is a flexible machine since it is powerful enough for most applications yet it can be easily moved and transported. The air flow capacity is suitable for concrete floor grinding machines with diamond discs of up to 500 mm/20” diameter.

Mobile Dust ExtractorsThe standard DC5900a 15 HP is our largest three phase mobile dust extractor and is ideal for your most demanding dust extraction needs on the go. DC5900a dust extractors can be used with large tools such as floor grinders, multiple hand held tools or in a semi mobile configuration. Having a direct drive three phased motor and turbo-pump the DC5900a is perfect for continuous extraction with long hose sets. Also the DC5900a is built on a sturdy chassis with large wheels and heavy castors, making it a durable dependable machine. As with all of our mobile extractors this unit features three stage filtration including a cyclone, pre-filter and certified HEPA filter. Certified HEPA filters are individually tested for their effectiveness. The DC5900a 15HP is similar to the DC5900c except that it is equipped with a 40L steel collection container.

Mobile Dust ExtractorsThe DC2900c is successor of our most popular dust extractor the DC2800c. It plugs into a standard 120v plug and is suitable for vacuum cleaning and source extraction from hand-held power tools (with up to 5″ suction casings), as well as small portable shop machines. The DC 2900 has a sturdy steel chassis with large wheels, yet is still lightweight and portable. The DC 2900 can be ordered with a plastic bag (DC 2900c) or steel collection container (DC 2900a). As with all of our mobile dust extractors the DC 2900c has three stage filtration consisting of a cyclone pre-filter and a certified hepa filter.
